RTO Noida — Complaint against agent kuldeep nagar

Dear sir,

I am ashish aggarwal, recently (Mar 2016) was relocating from noida (Up) to pune (Maharastra). As i was relocating so i wanted to obtain noc for my car from noida rto. For this i went to rto office and there i was approached by this agent kuldeep nagar. We had the deal of rs 3500 to get the noc which he said will get in 4 working days. Further he said i should also file for refund of the tax paid at rto which will be around 36400 (13/15*42000) and for this i will need to pay[protected] is processing fees for which he would give authority receipt and 800 will be his commission). Also, my licence was to be renewed for which he said will get it in a week for 4000.

I agree that it is my bad that i trusted this person and handed over so much money at once; but it was my need due to shortage of time.

This has tortured me and my wife mentally; initially i paid 60% of the money and he started to calling again and again for more money saying, "all my work is being done and i should not be stopping hi payments", he has got loud so many times while talking along with telling all kinds of persuasive stories to get the money.

Ultimately i paid him[protected]+6500+4000) and he only gave me noc for that too i practically had to call him 200 times in two days and received it just a day before i had to leave for pune (In 3 weeks in compared to 4 days promised).

My 10500 are still pending with him, if those can somehow be recovered.

Moreover, i have seen so many complaint against him over internet, some action should be taken against him to prevent further victimization of people.
