Rudra Automart Pvt Ltd — Dashboard noise problem in new car but not replacing it by new dashboard as it is in warranty period. | |||
I have bought a new XUV 500 W8 model on 19th February 2015 from Rudra Automart Pvt Ltd Asansol. From the very first day onwards after buying the car I have complained against the noise coming out of dashboard of the car. Verbally I have complained numerous numbers of times in Rudra Automart Pvt Ltd about the dashboard noise, but every time I was told that the noise is coming out of fibre in dashboard and its common in all the XUV’s or I was told its dashboard clip problem which they would make it up by giving foam packing. I have always asked from the very first day after getting the noise to replace my dashboard with a new one as I am eligible under warranty given by Mahindra group. I was told by Rudra Automart Pvt Ltd Asansol that replacing of dashboard is not possible as it is a costly item and someone from Mahindra should come, check the noise and certify the dashboard problem/noise as because if they change the dashboard of car and Mahindra group didn’t certify/didn’t give its price then it would be a loss from Rudra Automart Pvt Ltd. I have also been told that Mahindra group makes the vehicle and Mahindra group is responsible for the noise from dashboard and its Mahindra group who has given me a defective vehicle and not Rudra group as they are only responsible for selling the vehicle. Because of this tussle between Mahindra group and Rudra group I am at loss because my car dashboard is becoming irritatingly noisy day by day and ultimately I am being deprived from my right to get a new replaced noise free dashboard under warranty period as this dashboard is problematic and noisy. I have a very simple question to the forum that if I am buying a new car why should I take the car with a dashboard noise that also in warranty period?????? Then what is the use of the warranty given by Mahindra group????? It’s obvious that Mahindra people who are working or dealing with Rudra Automart Pvt Ltd Asansol will talk in support but in between I am the sufferer. As a proof that my car is having noise trouble u can check online that how many times my car after buying has gone to Rudra Automart Pvt Ltd Asansol service centre. With due respect I would ask justice towards me from higher officials of Mahindra group and Mr. Rudra from Rudra group to look into this matter in a serious note and help me get a new replaced noise free dashboard as I am eligible for.
