This is with reference to the booking of flat no. 2704, h'wing - azziano, rustomjee at thane west.

We had booked a flat in the month of july 2015 by paying rs. 2, 00, 000 (Rupees two lacs) by cheque no. 914258 dtd. July 6th, 2015 of citibank. At the time of booking this property we had informed the sales managers, mr vikas singh and ms chetna mehta that we are in process of selling our existing flat and will proceed further only if, we are able to timely close the deal and arrange finances. The managers had assured us that in case we are unable to proceed further, we should let them know and they will give the refund of our booking amount. We were unable to sell our existing property on time and arrange further payments. Hence, we informed them and the accounts team about the same in july end and again in august. We kept following up on this till the end of 2015.

However, chetna mehta and her team ignored our calls and emails. They were only interested to get the sale done when we visited them and gave us false promises.

After several follow ups on calls, emails to chetna mehta, vikas singh, saurabh naik and minal deshpande, from august 2015 till february 2016, we did not hear from them and nor did we received the refund of the booking amount.

On february 29, 2016 we had submitted an inquiry at the rabodi police station, thane west.

Thereafter, saurabh naik from rustomjee, thane sales office called us for a meeting in the mid of march 2016 and again on may 14, 2016. Saurabh assured us for the refund of rs. 1, 50, 000 (One lakh fifty thousand only) and balance rs. 50, 000 will be kept with rustomjee as deposit and may be adjusted against any future booking in our name or any booking referred by us.In return he and the legal team asked us to withdraw the inquiry filed on february 29th, 2016.

We have finally received rs. 1, 50, 000 refund in the last week of may 2016 i. E. After ten months from the date of booking. We have really went through a lot of mental, financial and physical harassment during this back and forth follow up process

We request you to please refund our balance amount of rs. 50, 000 and the interest of rs. 2, 00, 000 used by your company for the last ten months.
We have been following up on this for the last one year.
