S K Bansal — Tata sky fraudulent and mis selling of packages/Channels

Sir, on 23/6/2015, I received the following message in my mobile phone- “Request completed for Active English, Rs 49. Current a/c bal Rs 308.35 Due date 30-Jul-15. New Monthly Charges Rs 249.” The above message is a big fraud with me as I never requested Tata Sky from my registered mobile no. [protected] for activating any such service/channel. Such type of behavior was not expected from a reputed organization like Tata Sky. Now I request you to restore my earlier package of Rs. 200/- P.M. and change the next recharge date to 9/8/2015 as advised to me earlier by Tata Sky. I also request you to take strict action against such guilty/ unscrupulous staff for mis-selling and refrain from such malpractices in future.
