I have made a cheque payment of Rs.11, 31, 846 (Eleven Lakh Thirty one Thousand eight Hundred fourty six only) towards booking flat 303, H-wings in Shiv Shakti redevelopment project at kurar village, Malad East on dated 5- Apr -2013. As the project got scrapped, so I requested refund money to builder.I have been following up since from last 4 months but the builder is not paying money.I wrote letter requesting to refund money on May 2015.
