I had to book an appointment for my younger brother for writing his nata exam. On 12th july 2016, i made the payment through hdfc online banking through sab paisa. Got a confirmation from sab paisa for a payment of rs.1, 267.18 was successful. When i went to nata website to book the appointment, it was showing payment not received. When i contacted sab paisa, they said me that the payment has already been made to nata. Then i wrote an email to nata, my ticket was closed saying that the payment has not been received by them, which will be refunded back to you in case of any failure. I wrote many mails to sab paisa saying still nata is showing that the payment is not received by them. But these people are least bothered to answer my mail, or to return back the amount.Inspite of sending the screen short of nata site showing non payment and the transaction id, they are not answering either returning the amount collected by me. I request this forum to help me out in getting back the amount (The transaction id is 5512712071604400464491000, candidate name of rishabh sharma)
