Safexpress — Packages not delivered

I have sent two packages from Agartala, Tripura to be delivered to Aizawl, mizoram on 10/11/15. Two months have passed and till now didnt receive packages. I complained to local branch they said that both packages have been displaced and were talking about refunding back my money. I refuse to take the refund back because my stuff in the packages are very important and career related. Please help me find my packages as soon as possible. I am facing so much of difficulty because of it. The waybill number is 42898651.
