[Resolved]  Sagar Ratna — Pathetic behaviour by Sagar Ratna Mohan cooperative branch

Sagar Ratna Mohan Cooperative Branch Manager Yogesh Kumar denied providing duplicate copy of bill receipt despite repeated requests, As per him it is not possible to provide duplicate copy of the bill in case if you are asking for the same after few days of bill generation and his behaviour towards consumers was rube and irritating, at times he was shouting as well and used harsh words against us. He also informed us that all the previous data till 31 march have been deleted from the system. It is really disappointing on part of Sagar Ratna that a person in capacity of Manager is handing the customer in such a ridiculous way, I want stringent action against the manager so as to set up an example before others that this behaviour is not acceptable in any case.
