Sagar Ratna — quality of food not good,Misleading statement of staff

yesterday i.e on[protected] I along with my family visited sagran ratna, mohan co-operative Mathura road at 2130 hrs. I ordered for six masala dosas, Waiter replied It will take one hour to serve as samber got finished. Then even than we decided to order & told wait for 1 hour. Then I ordered three Dahi vada & one Ghobi mancurian to pass the time.When we were taking this food just after 5 minutes Waiter came & said samber is ready. Then I orderd three Masala dosas .Waiter brought the dosa's with cold samber & without tomato chatni (yellow). I asked waiter why samber is cold when u have prepared just now within 5 minutes. Moreover Poato sabzi in dosa's were just one spoon.Again I told the waiter why it is so. I have taken masala dosa so many times in sagar ratna.But this type of behavior of waiter & quality of food is not expected from a big brand. The waiter was not interested to serve the food.As they have to close the restaurant.
