Sahara Bus, Hyderabad — Amount of INR 1700 not refunded

I had booked a to and fro ticket on 06th Aug 2014 from Hyderabad to Pune, directly through saharabus.com, amount of INR 1700 was deducted, but the ticket was not booked . I had booked the same seat for Hyd to Pune on 7th Aug through Abhibus .Amount of INR 1700 which was deducted from account is not yet refunded . I tried calling the all the Mobile Numbers which was given to me and which are available online, but of no use .Either no one is picking the call, or no one is properly responding . HDFC bank had confirmed me that the amount was transferred to Sahara Bus account on 08th Aug and also provided me the reference number for that . Please help me in getting my money back .
