Sahara India Pariwar — Maturity amount not received till date

Dear sir/madami was suppose to get the maturity amount of 30000/- each for 2 bonds by 23/08/2014 from sahara india commercial corporation ltd but the company has failed to do so. regular visits, calls are useless as till date i am waiting for the total amount of 60000/-. i was surprised when the manager tells me that they can't provide me the total amount of 60000/- but the half amount. moreover, what about the interest???
