Dear sir/mam,
This is to inform you that we are facing lot & lots of problems in getting our own payment, it has been since a year & half of maturity date but till the date no payment has been made. I have called more than hundred times to office but they have got only one answer payment has not came it will take 1 month more, from the date of maturity till the date same answer i am hearing from them. One more thing what kind of branch manager do your company have he don't know how to talk & behave with customers. I kindly urge to do needful as earliest as possible. A/c is on the name of my mom.
