Sahara India Pariwar — payment not received

I had a policy in Sahara which has matured in February 2015. The necessary documents for claiming the matured amount has already been submitted at the office in February 2015. My Account No. is [protected], Membership no.[protected] at Patna Sector (code 1550), Sahara India Pariwar, Branch office patna, first floor, M.G. Arcade. My policy amount is Rs.30, 000/-. However, even after, lapse of more than three months, I have not received the amount. I have even walked to the office and followed up with the manager many times, however there is no response, though had issued and have been issuing on those maturity amount which had/ have after February.
