Sir, I purchased 600 ABODE Bonds for Rs 600000.00 and 200 Bonds of Nirman Bonds for Rs 200000.00 in Aug/ Sept'2009. Sahara deposited TDS in my account ( PAN No.ABFPG3474L ) but company never provided Form 16A due to which I also deposited advance tax on calculated interest every financial year. In this way double Tax was deposited. TDS deducted are as follows:- Assessment Year TDS 2010-11 Rs 5184.00 2011-12 Rs 19394.00 2012-13 Rs 2734.00 *2016-17 * Rs 66780.00 *SEBI has deducted TDS Rs 66780.00 in April'2015 and deposited the amount with IT Dept in the name of company " Sahara India Real Estate Corp Ltd" I purchased Bonds in 2009 from Sahara India Office Raisen M.P. I tried to contact the office but office has been closed and officials are not responding to phones. Please arrange to send me Form16A for the above Financial Years.
