Sahara Prime City — Non construction of flat, after receiving tatalcost

I booked a flat at saharaprume city Jaipur total cost of the flat rs 27/- lacs paid by me by 2012 and the delivery as also assured as per term by 2012.but till 2014 the construction was not started.company utilized entire money for diverted projects they also charged penalty @15%for delay of instalments. Utmateley they paid me amount with @9% intt in 2014. I had forced option that I am satisfied. Whereas I no option to accept their term I am entitled for @15%instt but forum not agree to my plea
