Saharaholiday.in — Fraud in the Package

I have booked 04 Nights and 05 Days package in rs 7999/-. This package is valid for 04 members. I have talked to travel consultant of saharaholiday whose name is Rohit Patel([protected]) and asked the details that I want to go with my friend so if I can book this package then we both will cover as a 4 member. At that time he has commited everything without clarifying anything. I have paid for this package and then raised a request for booking the hotel. now fraud come into the picture, they told me that this package is valid for 2 adult and 2 child only. They have booked this way 10 to 12 packages without clarification and then cheat us based on that.

The company is based from Delhi and in the billing merchant address is Mumbai so this is the fraud company and please do the action on it asap.

Dear sir we are really sorry We have Confrim everthing during mail-train and Conversation but again and again you are asking same hotel which is not possible due to diwali festival (sold out ) so that we are giving alternate option (same cotegory hotel ) and Each and everthing was mention in email even mention on website also . Note - Dear Consumer Team If you wants any futher discussion you may write us - [protected]@saharaholiday.in As Per Packge we are giving you 3-5 star cogetory hotel then why you are asking particuler hotel . I have booked the package 6Nights/7days for Delhi, Simla & kullu-Manali on date 15.11.204 by making Payment of 26461 INR.by net banking. The voucher code form was dispatched but did not reach to me then I contacted & came to know that the courier was lying with the Delhi office only. After my reminder it reach to me on 26.11.2014. I filled the form & send back on 28.11.2014 by mail. But the efficient persons of Sahara couldn't manage to book given hotels till December 10.12.2014 & at lost they regret telepathically for not getting hotel. They did their job within one minute by informing me without understanding the problem for getting railway tickets ( I booked the tickets one month in advance).
By understanding the problem I opted for second preference consider to be the last one i.e.. Jan 19 to 25.01.2015. But I am very unhappy & angry with the Sahara staff for not finalizing the booking & tour details till date 12.01.2015( only 4 days left to start). I have contacted many times with many employees like, Mr. Rawat, Mr. Patel, Mr. Mathur & Miss Poonam Sharma. Regarding the details.Every time I got the stereotype answer without action. I do not know How a traveling company like Sahara can not get hotels within more than two months time. I feel that I made a mistake because my friend already traveled & come back on his own without any problem & we are still running behind Sahara for booking.& no answer.
Sahara should understand that the people need some time to manage their planning. Luggage & the schedule with booking should reach one week in advance but till date no response. This time I do not want to reschedule my plan, If you are unable to manage refund the complete amount without deduction of even one rupee urgently so that I can go personally & finish my tour.SaharA should understand that the people book tour for enjoyment & not for disappointment.
I am working in very responsible position, I have to get sanctioned my leave in advance. I got sanctioned & requested to cancel the same after consulting COO in Dec. 2014, again got sanction the leave in the month of Jan.2015, understand the problem of others buy putting in others shoe. I am very sorry to say that you Sahara people do not understand other problems.
Many times all cell no are in switch off mode so that nobody can contact you.Even if one can get ring no response till ring complete.I am giving you the cell no available with me & inquire the problem in Cell & reason for keeping it in disable mode & not lifting the phone in spite of complete ring.

Now this will be last communication from me in writing, I will wait to get the papers with complete tour schedule along with booking details till 13.01.2015 After this I will be free to put complaint against Sahara Holidays In government consumer complaint office. I have to just handover the complaint to my friends father then rest things will follow automatically.I know that this will trouble me as well as you.Single news in channel will spoil your name completely.Please I request you Do not compel me to follow that root.

The representative is Mr.Akash Mattur[protected], I had bought one package for 6Days7Nights, 9825/-.
The transaction was done using credit card, it was done 5 times by this representative, he said server was down and the transaction had taken place 5 times.

He promised to refund the amount of the other 4 packages, it took more than 6 months but the refund was done finally deducting the cancellation charges. The fault was with the representative and I had to bear the charges.

Then I have called a number of times for the bookings, there was no response and then I sent a number of emails, there was no response.Finally I sent an email to [protected]@gmail.com

There was a reply saying that the maintianance work was on they would get back in 15days time, this was in Febraury and then the same no response.

I have bought 6Nights 7Days package paying 9825.

In the month of January you had informed it would take 15 to 20 days, but till date I have got no response regarding Booking related queries. My contact no. [protected].Expecting a reply at the earliest.


There is no response from our side I have sent a number of emails and also called several times.
Action has to be taken against companies like this, and severely punished so that the public will not get cheated.

Bloody I have put my 47, 000 INR for 4 Persons package.
They have not even provided single booking for Shimla Manali tour. They cheated on me.

I am going o launch a consumer complaint against them.
