[Resolved]  Sai Casting Agency — Fraud done by company

Same happened with me, this Sai Casting people are fraud ands thieves. They told me for a photo shoot in Goa which will pay me 40k but I will need to pay registration fees to them first which is 10k. so i paid but after some days when i called they said there is some problem, we will give you another project, started to not responding calls, and all that .

I am fighting for those people who have been the witness of any kind of fraud ... I got a email from sai casting to call them ... but there is no need for me call or contact ... they only just have to do that should give the work from whom they have taken money or return the money in case they fail to do so. 1 saal ka contract karte hai . 1 saal to yeh aise hi nikal denge kisi ko bona work diye keh ke aaka koi response nahi aaya hum to aage profile bhejte hai .. kisi ko pasad bhi aani chahuiye ... when some one is paying you its your duty that he/she should get work.


On false promises you have taken money .. so if you are not able to keep your words or provide services ... return the money back . you have no right to keep the money then .. whatever your policy is.

Do complaints are resolved here ? any action is taken ??????????????????

Hi Aarti: Did u meet them in person and gave them the money (10000) ????? Or did they ask you to deposit in their Axis Bank account? Because I too am getting calls from past 2 days from the co-ordinator and the sai casting agency asking me to make it soon. I am delaying it as I am not able to believe in them.
Please tell me how did u give them money and when did this happen with you?

i have also got the same call for t shirt print shoot .. registeration fee 10000 INR... i dont feel like depositing ... so cancelling this offer.. they seem to be fraud.

agar apko kisi se bhi koi problem hai ya paise chaiye toh direct baat karne ki himmat rakho na ki kisi k through mujhe nahi lagta k agar aap unlogo se paise mangte toh woh nahi dete

as an artist you are going to find casting agency name,

after few days u will get this fraud guy call (Sam Kapoor), he told u, you are selected print shoot and u will get around 25, 000/- payment, but he is going to demand 10, 000/- hi registration charges amount dont pay this black listed guy ( Sam Kapoor).

after that he is going to call u continuously, send me your details Your Air ticket going to Book Its Urgent, he is going to feel u like u are the star but actually that time he's plan to trap u.

after pay registration charge this bloody guy going to tell u that your shoot has been delayed, tomm after 4 days now he is going to complete 1 to 2 and 2 to 6 month.

jisko nahi samjha wo log pls is sam kapoor ke jaal mein mat phasana yeh salla paisa khata hai sirf logo ka.

guy maine bhi 5, 000/- deposit kiya thaa is basted ke kahne pe aaj tak rtn nahhi hua aur na hi koi modelling job mila.

i got a call on november from sai casting agency and they said your pic is selected for big bazaar ad shoot and need to deposit 10000rs.aftr depositing i never got a call from these guys. whenever i call them they are making excuses.

They are fraud people from last year they are not returning my money need to take legal action against this casting agency no one pay money to this fraud people. There business is just making fool to people by telling them ur pics selected for ad. I am filing a case against this agency it is in process
