Sai Services — Gas geyser maintenance

I had purchased Gas Geyser from Gunaji Enterprises of Mulund Mumbai. after some years, I entered into maintenance service contract of 3 years on[protected] by their another company Sai Services (contact numbers:[protected] under service contact no.2197. As my geyser is not functioning properly, I complaint to Sai Services several times (at least 10 times) but their reply is my house is at Grant Road which is far off from their service centre hence they cannot service. I asked them to refund my 3000/- paid for the 3 years contract for which they are silent. My complaint with Sai Services is still unserviced for more than 3 weeks Regards Vandan Shiroor [protected]
