Hello, I applied in SAIL OFS through my account with ICICI Direct on 5-Dec-14. My account details are as follows: USER ID : VIVEKRAT Account: [protected] Demat account no.: IN[protected] I applied under retail section in which I was suppose to get 4% discount. However status of my application was shown as "Expired". I had word with ICICI Direct representative on 8-Dec-14. He told me that I have not been allotted shares under OFS. However my bank account has been debited please help on urgent basis: 1. Shares have not been allotted till date. They were suppose to be credited in my account on 10-Dec-14 as per above message. 2. 5% discount available in retail section has not been given to me 3. I have to bear the loss for this whole miscommunication/mistake. While I am writing this mail, SAIL price is quoting at Rs.78.5 per share. I am incurring loss of Rs.6/share + brokerage. I have marked mail to ICICI Securities, SEBI but there is no result. Please help on urgent basis In anticipation of prompt reply Regards
