Saket City Hospital — regarding issue related to excess charges of Rs. 18000/- by Saket City Centre

I want to inform that my compliant which I have posted on 1st May, 2015 in the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum has been resolved. Actually on my complaint dt. 29th April, 2015 I got a phone call from the Hospital authority and I was called by Dr. Gurpreet Singh, MD, Saket City Hospital. On 7th May, 2015 I went there and due to the efforts of Dr. Gurpreet Singh I was given Rs. 18000/- cash back which was earlier taken from me in the name of instruments used in the surgery of my daughter.
