Today (05/ 09 / 2015) i received a call from +91 - [protected] which said it's from sbi credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i. E. Otp and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7888. 00 against salemall_epaykerala. The other mobile number which was used to send messages is +91 - [protected]. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction today through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card. The no. : +91 - [protected] belongs to sistema shyam teleservices from delhi as per truecaller app. I need your assistance please in getting back my credit card amount.

On (30/12/2015) I received a call and said it’s from SBI Credit Card Department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.e.OTP and CVV number they made a transaction of Rs 7888.00 against Salemall_EpayKerala.The mobile number which was used to send messages is VM-SBICRD. I already send a complaint to the SBI credit card division regarding this and the reply is shown below with their findings, I did not got any parcel of consignment accompanied with this so far. I request you to take this e – mail as my complaint and help me to cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one.

On Tuesday (16-feb-2016) i received a call from Land line numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] which said it's from VISA credit card department and SBI Card is going to discontinue rewars card my card will be replaced. For the new card joining fee is 7888.00 and I will be getting it back in the form of complementary gift. They fraudulently taking my card credentials i. E. OTP and CVV number they made a transaction of Rs 7888.00 against salemall_epaykerala. When I asked they said salemall_epaykerala is SBI server name. After the call I called SBI Card customer care and asked to keep the transaction on hold. But they can't do. This means they are supporting Fraud and no doubt some one fro SBI Card department only running all this Fraud. The other numbers which they used to send messages are [protected], [protected]. They gave me a contact number [protected] and when I called it's always switched off. The no. : [protected] belongs to Suresh Kumar SBI from delhi as per truecaller app. Can you please take an action on the transaction & that fraud merchant as it is a fraudulent one and revert the amount to my credit card. I need your assistance. please help me in getting back my money.
