We had booked ticket from pune to goa on 23-3-16 and booked seats according to online system. At katraj the operator didnt allowed to sit there saying its wrong seat number and says its the wrong bus. Previously he checked the ticket and didnt say a word. We had to move to last seat from last 2nd one
Also, the bus was new, no seat numbers printed, NOT EVEN HAVING PERMIT and it was fined by rto officers at a toll plaza. Bus number is MH 12 KQ 3245. Serious action should be taken against this to prevent further such incidents to innocent passengers. Was this information helpful? |
