Samsung — 4 mails and multiple complaints against ac compressor replacement is noyt addressed | |||
In the current month i did servicing of one of my samsung acs when the service person informed me that the compressor was faulty. After that for last 2 weeks i am contacting samsung for replacement of my ac compressor with original bill but they are not replying to this. Yesterday 1 person had called up from their HO stating that nothing can be done since serial number was not mentioned in bill. Is it my fault? For last 4 years they are doing service to this machine but nobody has reported the missing serial number issue till now. This is a clear case of consumer harrasment against which i want to press charges against the company. My name is suman dey and contact number is [protected].AC purchase date is 15/05/2011 from Great Eastren Trading, Kolkatawith cash memo number MGMCM459.
