Respected Receiver, I Am Aspak Shaikh Formaly Inform You That My Gear2 Was Found Camera Problem On 21.02.2015 And Have Submitted In Samsung Service Center On 25.02.2015 So That Care Manager Farooq Shah Told Me Have To Order That Part So 4 to 5 Days Required. But After That Period My Problem Not Solved He Told Me That Part Not Available In Company So Company Will Be Give You Proper Solution And Company Executive After 10th Days I Have Called Received By Company Employee He Told Me Your Gear Is Not Possible To Repaired Due To Part Availability And Your Amount 26500/- Will Be Refund In 10 To 12 Days. So Till Now Completed 2 Month My Amount Not Refund Yet I Regular Follow About My Refund Status.
