The insulation of my A.C has got damaged. Accordingly I complained by calling the Customer Care service on 20th May 2015.I was told that the technician would visit me within 48 hrs. After 5 days had passed I again called on 25th May. I was again told to wait till 26th.No one turned up. I called again on 29th.I was told then that since I stay on the 2nd floor I have arrange a staircase to get my A.C repaired.
Isn't this ridiculous and weird that Samsung wants its customer to maintain a staicase for the maintainance of A.C? My A.C is not working properly and the weather is so hot now. What is the point of having an A.C if I cannot use it when required.Such irresponsible behaviour is not expected out of a reputed brand. I am feeling cheated. What do I do now?
