Samsung — AC is not working and the company is not helping me with the issue | |||
I bought 2 Samsung AC from Sargam Electronics, Patel Nagar on 29th March 2015. After 1 month, I faced problem with one of my AC. It stopped cooling. I registered a complaint on 19th May 2015. Samsung Technician came and they replaced the compressor. It took 10 days for them to resolve the issue. Again yesterday (3rd June 2015), I am faced problem with the same AC. Its not even getting started. I registered a complaint (Complaint number: [protected]; date: 4th July 2015) an talked to Sneha. She told that her manager will call me within 4 hours. No one called. Again I called Samsung Customer care and again they gave the same reason. I am pissed off with Samsung product and service. It's just been 3 months and I am facing problem again & again.
