[Resolved] Samsung — Against Samsung Mobile | |||
I have purchased a samsung mobile No. Model No. SM=G313 HU/DD from a dealer on[protected] and on[protected], it seems charging problems and mobile not charging. on[protected], i approached the Dealer and he got my mobile set to the samsung service centre M/S FAHEEM Mobile Care, Pulwama on[protected], till date i have not received back the mobile, and he is telling me that the mobile has been send back to company for repairing and has not been received back till date. i have faced a lot of problems with out the set. I think the seervices of your compnany is not satisfied. i I also think, i will tell my friend and office circle to not buy any samsung mobile. Hope for early reply.
