Dear Sir This is once again to bring to your notice that with reference to my reference id 8473439779, my issue of non cooling of my refrigertor is resolved but the refrigerator is damaged at your service center, The pics of which i have already taken for reference. This is for the second time that i have faced problem regarding my refrigerator. Kindly manage to replace my refrigerator or let me know the procedure to replace it as this is totally a mismanagement of customer produts at service center. and indirect harrasment to the customers. i was register a complaint on 20 june 2015 from samsung customer care regarding gas leakage. From that day i continue call on customer care till today above 50 calls. 24 june 2015 a technician visit for collected 672/- rs for service charge only. From that day they said service center team will visit to repair your AC. I am chandrasekar from erode city..i have purchased samsung refrigerator on 07/04/2015. on that date of purchasing itself refrigerator not working properly. no cooling and no ice formation in freezer. i booked complaint to service center. they came after a week (very poor customer service) and refill the gas of the refrigerator.. on 28/04/2015.. but with in a month again refrigerator not working.. . no responsible from samsung seevise and customer care for my complaint.. I bought 2 Samsung AC from Sargam Electronics, Patel Nagar on 29th March 2015. After 1 month, I faced problem with one of my AC. It stopped cooling. I registered a complaint on 19th May 2015. Samsung Technician came and they replaced the compressor. It took 10 days for them to resolve the issue. Again yesterday (3rd June 2015), I am faced problem with the same AC. I have recently purchased a Samsung Curved TV from Sonovision, Hyderabad . The model is 48J 6300 . This is a smart TV and claims to feature Skype . To use Skype, a TV requires a webcam . This TV neither has a built in webcam nor is a compatible camera available in the market . As a result, the Skype facility cannot be used at all . At the time of purchase I was told that the webcam would cost around Rs 5500 and would be available from Samsung Brand Shops . I am having Samsung Grand Qattro which I purchased 1.5 years back. My phone become dead one day. When I went Samsung service centre (Velachery, Chennai), they told me to replace my phone's Motherboard which costs Rs.6500/-. I said no to the service centre and went totoodoo. He checked the phone and did S/W update and it is working now. What is the problem with Samsung service centre. I paid Rs.1500/ for S/W update only due to Samsung service centre. I am sorry Samsung but assure you that I'll never go for any Samsung product. Thanks...

Unfortunately, I purchased a SAMSUNG SPLIT INVERTER AC " AR18HV5NFWKNNA " bearing Sr. no " OBKOPDCF500387H " from JANTA ELECTRONICS, SCO 36-37, Sector 41D, CHANDIGARH on 21-04-2015. Just after 10 to 15 days it started to create the problems.Right from the date of purchasing, I was forced to make complaints 5 to 7 times . I requested SAMSUNG to replace the faulty AIR CONDITIONER but all went in smoke. Please take this in to consideration that with 2 months of purchase COMPRESSURE has been changed. If SAMSUNG has supplied me a normal and good operation unit why they were forced to change the COMPRESSURE....
