Hello, I am Jagan from hyderabad telangana . I purchased Samsung Galaxy grand 2 on 02/02/2014 at lot mobiles miyapur . I got a small problem with my mobile from few days . Mobile is not dedact the laptop and desktops and charging is done on same port . There is no other problem except the off issue. I took my hand set to Samsung Authorized service station in ameerpet (Hyderabad) . They saw the problem and informed me that the problem is with charging port and it has to be replaced and it will cost me 400/- The person spoke to me said charing port top found rust this is liquid damage so not coming...

I have purchased Samsung mobile GT-S5282 on Feb 2014, from the day 1 it’s having problem. Its “display become white and unable to scroll down”. Taken to the customer care & they told they have replaced the mother board. Hardly two months passed it started showing same problem. Again taken to the customer care & they have done something and given back the phone. After 2-3 weeks its problem started again then I used to take off the battery and after fixing it started working. But at last in the month of Nov again I have taken to the customer care for the same issue and its started hanging....
