In the current month i did servicing of one of my samsung acs when the service person informed me that the compressor was faulty. After that for last 2 weeks i am contacting samsung for replacement of my ac compressor with original bill but they are not replying to this. I purchased an split AC of Samsung on 5/4/2014. Within a week of purchase the cooling stopped all together. The service representativ who came refilled the gas and said it was because of a faulty connection nut. After that I used the AC for a month where it worked with reducing cooling.
