I had bought Samsung 43" PS43E490B1R Series 3D HD Plasma TV on 21/11/2012 from Samsung authorised Clifton Karachi authorized dealer “Jaffar & Sons” at a cost of PKR 70, 000. Hi I own a Samsung galaxy note 1 I have been to the service center in Veera Desai road twice to get my phone repaired.It still isnt working, I am sooooo disappointed with the service and the poor quality of technicians Samsung has hired. I have raised a ticket on customer care for Washing machine Installation in Gurgaon, I called customer care and they provide me a service station number in Gurgaon (sector-14). I called on that number three time but they don’t sent any one to resolve my issue. The TAT line is 24 Hr is already crossed. Dear Sir, We have an issue with the refrigerator that the main cabinet is not cooling but the freezer is working absolutely fine. We called out the samsung engineers to have a look and they are saying that the heating coil has gone and the part is not available so just replace the fridge. I cannot believe that a fridge is just 5-6 years old and the part is not available . After spending 32, 000 INR for the product and i have to replace it in just a couple of years. Hello Sir: I bought Samsung Split-AC from Viveks retailer. I am getting frequent problems with Coil in the out-door unit. I purchased in 2011 and within 1 year itself the coil got repaired and replaced during warranty now again I am getting problems with the coil and again it got repaired. I seems it will cost Rs.4500. to replace the coil. The quality of the coil they used to fix is the question mark. I purchase a Samsung Galaxy core 2 on 18/10/2014. I am not satisfied with my device performance right from the 2nd week after I bought it. I have been facing frequent device shutdowns. Worst thing is when the device hangs without responding to any of my inputs for 15 to 20 minutes. This happens mostly when I try to attend a call or make a call or when I try to connect to internet. Then the phone doesn’t respond for any inputs for 15 – 20 minutes. If I could not use such basic features in a 40K device then what is the point in owning it? Hope you people understand my concern and do.....
