Its been 3 Weeks when i highlight the issue to Samsung customer service and to service head team, and still not receive any response about my phone Samsung A30s.

Samsung's technician (ph:[protected]) took the mother board of my TV for repair and fixed it back once when it didnt even work for one day. And took it back again not to return. He neither picks up my phone not even returns the Board (without which TV does not even have scrap value).
Samsung should chuck out such employees and hire only people who are capable after background checks. Not such cheats and incompetent anti social elements...
