As i dont have the original invoice copy, they are asking me the full amount for the under warranty parts. They got serial no, mobile no, name everything is on record but they still asking for a physical copy. Please look into this matter and do the needful....

warranty discarded on baseless excuse

Sir, i bought galaxy m30s (S/n rz8m911eydx) on 29.09.2019 and warranty valid till 28.09.2020. On 23.09.2020 when i remove my phone from charging i found touch of phone is not working. On 24.09.2020 i visited samsung service center emm vee enterprises ludhiana for warranty repair (Ticket no.[protected]). They told me that it is a liquid damage. Complain about motherboard of my phone

In my house i have a mother who is 62 years old & a 2 year baby at home, and i need to preserve lots of medicines in the refrigerator for my mother. It's become difficult to survive because of your poor services.

not attending the warranty of mobile

I had purchased a samsung m30 mobile on 29/11/2019 from amazon. On first week of april i noticed its camera is not working. I updated software and cleared the camera cache etc to rectify the defect but not succeed. That time covid -19 lockdown imposed by government hence i could not visit service center that time.
After 2 month i again tried to approach service center siliguri but that time again lockdown imposed in waste bengal area....

How many times do i call your customer service?

Your ceo desk office said we will work on it. What type of work??? This is not a technical issue..

I don't know how many people suffer from your samsung customer services.

This type of service is not acceptable from an international brand.

exchange benefit not extended

TV display bleed not fixed.

Purchased the tv - ua43nu6100kxxl on sep 2019 from flipkart and faced with led bleed issue. First flipkart and then samsung replaced the unit 3times for the same exact issue. No after months, the same issue has happened, and now samsung found an excuse stating it is not a complaint, but a default thing of the led. There is a weird issue i am facing with this product. The touch is not smooth as it supposes to be but this is not the main problem. Dear sir/mam,  i had bought samsung m31s model (Sl no. Rz8n82be1gb, imei : 354076/82/257779/9, 356186/69/257779/1) on 04.09.2020 from samsung shop. From day 1 onwards there was over-heating issue at the top-front end of the mobile and thought that it would subside in few days, however the issue was not resolved and it  persisted.

qdigi service centre, ghaziabad asked extra amount after agreeing on a amount

I have a samsung a50 mobile phone under warranty bought in feb 2020. On 22 sept it stops charging.
I went to qdigi service centre, c-34, rdc, rajnagar, ghaziabad. They told me that charging port got damaged because of dust and it is not replaceable in warranty, so i have to pay rs. 700 for the repair and it will took an hour to repair. I agreed on the amount and after repair i made the payment of rs. 700 through paytm.

S20 heating issue

Regarding the s20 device which i received on july 26th 2020. I activated the device on july 30 2020.
