Samsung — camera quality poor after replacement of display note 2

Sir My note 2 touch had been broken before some days.my mobile was out of warranty.but after replace of display my camera quality being very poor and all picture shows blurr.i complained many time in care but they sad its chrome have to be repalced.but actual is not that.i[censored] will not solve problem i have to be take legal decision through consumer court.
