Samsung — CEO complaint done even though not get resolution | |||
I would like to draw your kind attention that M y name is Pranav Dalal, I have purchased refrigerator of Samsung RT33HDRZESL on 21.10.2014 from Vijay Sales. From the 1st month itself it is not working properly we have done many complaints but we have not received any satisfactory response from your side.every week engineers visit at our place and gives ridiculous answers by asking to change vegetable vendor on complaining about the waste of fruits and vegetables, atlast we have complained to CEO of company but still there is no solution and response from there side hence please please look in to the matter and do the needful. Now I am fed up of Samsung company and I want the product replacement and also claim for waste money of milk, fruits and vegetables for the same and harassment mentally to me and my family members too.
