I am very constraint to express my deplorable situation regarding the supply of your company. I ordered a lot of times the accessories of fridge and called your customer care number but they didn't satisfied me. This shortage of the accessories has created a lot of inconvenience. This infact represents a dismal picture regarding your organisation. Samsung needs no introduction. It enjoys an enviable position in electronics. Your organisation is on culmination but the supply of accessories doesn't go well with the reputation and goodwill you enjoy in the market. Hope you will comprehend with us. I hope you will not give a cause of inconvenience to your old and bonafide customer and try to rectify our grievances. Do the needful earlier the better.
