ir / Ma'am, Kindly take this mail to an utmost importance. Unfortunate was a day when I bought a brand new Samsung Refrigerator from Naveen Electronics, Model Town Delhi -110009. Under the impression that Samsung is a global leader in the home electronics and otherwise I Amit Batra, a resident of 197, 3rd Floor Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi - 110009 bought a brand new Samsung refrigerator on the 25th Sept 2014 from the above mentioned dealer. Quite surprisingly, The refrigerator bearing Model No. RT50H5809 which is still under the warranty coincidentally, is not working properly despite of several complaints to the customer care department. Having said that even more surprisingly is that this is the 5th time that the technician has visited my house and all of them are unable to figure out the problem in the same. ( Claiming that they are Samsung specialist technicians ) This is to inform you that I am mentally stable and does not have a right to bother your esteemed technician unnecessarily when the refrigerator works fine. All the more I am scared that in case this complaint lingers on for another 6 months, The refrigerator stands out of warranty and then again I will have to face a new issue and seek a resolution around the same. Please do not force me to escalate the matter further through social media and would request you to kindly not test my patience.
