Samsung — Defect in handset not resolved by service centre even under warranty. | |||
I own a samsung S3 Neo which was purhased by me online through flipkart on 5/02/15. It is under warranty but in few months only, the receiver speaker through which we hear incoming calls has some defect. Voice could not be heard through it clearly. I even gave my phone to the Bikaner service centre of samsung but even now the defect has not been resolved. So now, i want my handset to b replaced with the same model. It is company defect and i amnot going to suffer because of it. kindly, provide me with a solution to my issue else i have to take serious action against it. Was this information helpful? | |||
