[Resolved] Samsung — defective charger | |||
Sir, I bought samsung Tab 3T 111 Neo on 27.09.2014 from croma., vadodara. My tab was not getting charged properly.After some days i gave it at your authorised service centre at sai communications prescribed by croma. I gave It to your authorised dealer on 21 october. I was given a period of 1 week and since then iam waiting for a cal from the dealer. I called your toll free no. before one week and registered my complain. It is very sad till today l did not get any response both from the dealer or your concerned office. I purchased samsung product thinking that it is a brand name. lam really disappointed by your services. For your reference, my invoice no. is-SAF02A[protected]. Customer name-Pradeep Naithani I request you to please pay heed to my complain and respond. Iam extremely disappointed with yourr services this time.
