[Resolved] Samsung — Defective Piece | |||
I purchased Samsung LED model no. UA32F5100ARLXL bearing Serial no. MQWG3PBDA00284X, DOP 19.11.13 from M/s. Tirumala Music Centre Electronics, Warangal, Telangana under 1 year warranty. After 6 months, my TV started giving problems. I called up toll free support number. The service engineer came and inspected to replace the Display board & Panel & sorted the problem. Exactly after 3 months again my TV started giving the same problem. Again I called your toll free support number on 03.11.14 with reference no. [protected]. After 2 days service engineer came and inspected to replace the Display board & Panel like earlier. This is 2nd time I am facing this problem within warranty period. This clearly shows that this is defective piece. So I request you to kindly replace against this defective piece or else refund my money. But your customer support is not interested to do the same and they are claiming that it is against your policy. But it really wonders when you are strong with your policy why don’t you maintain the same in delivering quality & service. Again if you change display board & panel we are confident that the same problem is going to repeat after 3 months. We are continuously following with your customer service from 03.11.14 but there is no proper response from your team. Every time your service people are telling that they have forwarded my complaint to Noida team. Is that Noida team working or not??? On 15.11.14 we got a call and told that our complaint has been closed and given new reference no. [protected] for any future references. You may also check in your call records. If you are not in position to replace your defective piece atleast extend warranty for 3 years. Anyways we have already lost our confidence in your product and with your services. This experience really opened my eyes not to go for any Samsung products in future for its poor quality & services. I rate your brand very very very very ………………poor. Also I am not interested to recommend your brand. If possible & if you can kindly address this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
