Samsung — Defective Refrigerator | |||
I have purchased refrigerator in Oct 2014 & started using in April 2015. One day when i opened a door & found broken door. Then i complained to customer care on 10th Aug. They sent Engineer to check on 11th Aug. He said there is some quality issue. So we are sending this issue to Quality team of Samsung. When they will approve we will change door of Refrigerator. I called 10 times to customer care for asking about approval from Quality Team. But only response was, you will get call by today evening. But there is no call from their side. Now they told me 15th & 16th will be holiday & you have to wait till Monday. I never expect this type of service from Samsung Company. The main thing i would like to share is that the plastic part is so poor that it will not durable just for few months. According to me, we never heard such type of problem in general..Hopefully you will oblige and reply ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
