Samsung — Defective Refrigerator | |||
I have purchase Samsung refrigerator in Oct, 14 & started using in April, 15. One day when i opened the door i found broken. So i submitted my Complain on 10th Aug. They sent Engineer to check. He said there is some quality issue & i am sending this issue to quality team for approval. When they will approve we will replace the door. I called 10 times to customer care & getting only one response that we will call you by today evening. But not even a single call i have received from their side. Now today Evening they told me that you will have to wait till Monday because because on 15th & 16th is holiday. I never ever expect this type of service from Samsung.
