Dear Sir, This is brought to your kind notice that I purchased one piece Samsung Microwave Model No. MC28H5135VK SANSUNG MICROWAVE under Invoice No 7478 dated 19.10.2014 from one of your reputed dealer Smiles Stores (Digital World) 24/36 Birhana Road Kanpur. That on 13.6.2015 Rotating heating plate of Microwave was cracked during process of preparing of some item in the Microwave. Same day I lodged a complaint to the above mentioned dealer and they provided me the Complaint No. 1498, subsequently on 15.6.2015 one of your representative Sri Hari Shankar Gupta attended the Complaint and he harshly responded that plate cannot be changed within guarantee period and you have to pay the amount of Rotating heating plate as it is not covered under guarantee since the period is within one year from the date of purchase and it is fault of your manufacturing defect that the related rotating heating plate should be replaced with free of cost. Kindly instruct the concerned representative / dealer to replace the same with free of cost or replace the full unit within two days from the date of this mail otherwise I will be left with no other option to go to consumer forum to file a case under above circumstances against your reputed company.
