Samsung — Defective TV screen

I had bought Samsung 43" PS43E490B1R Series 3D HD Plasma TV on 21/11/2012 from Samsung authorised Clifton Karachi authorized dealer “Jaffar & Sons” at a cost of PKR 70, 000. Just within a month its screen got defective and at that time I had emphasized your head office in Lahore that my whole set should be replaced with a new one but they just replaced the screen only. Since yesterday agian TV is not working. The problem is the shutting of TV with a weird cracking sound & only red power light blinking. I got this checked from samsung authorised dealer " Electro Palace" and according to technician the screen is defective and this is common fault with 99% of samsung plasma TVs sold world wide. It is quite surprising that a TV of reputable brand has stopped working just two years after its purchase (where average life of TV is 15 years ) I have also lodged number of complaints on samsung website and other blogs but no response Now who will reimburse this loss ???? aftab jabbar aftab.[protected]@gmail.com +[protected]
