I Have Samsung TV model joy series-5 32f 5100 from Kings electronics which initially saying warrenty of (2 years).I purchased it on 2 sept 2013.Due to some problem TV is not showing the Picture only able hear sound same has been reported to the Samsung service center on 14 july 2014 Number is [protected] after initial review by Samsung Engineer is confirmed that the SAMSUNG TV Panel is not working. That time TV is in warranty period so we got replacement of panel after one month. Where we expected to replace TV. Then after some days again same problem raised, Again on 19th April 2015 we faced same problem. Is this service they giving to customer. In 2 years we faced same problem thrice. we want replacement of TV. Thanking you. Expecting some strict action from you. Was this information helpful? | |||

Have your complaint been resolved. I am facing the same issue with my samsung LED TV. After 6 months panel was faulty and they changed. But again after 6 months the same problem and now I have to pay 17000 rs for the new panel. How can a panel go faulty every 6 months.
I want to raise this complaint to consumer forum courts. Please let me know how did you resolve this?
