Hello sir I purchased samsung galaxy tab 4 on the date of 17/8/2014.I am facing the problem on earphone jack and speaker since last 2 month I went for service center so many times but I didn't get the solution. I am facing the same problem again and a again. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Updated by RoyAnimesh Roy Hi My name is Animesh. I'm using samsung galaxy j7 prime 2017. Which I purchased 2 months ago. I'm facing lots of problem in that phone. I was unable to get solution from service centre and toll free number. This is my 4th time I if visited to samsung service center. Every time the problem was dofferent but they are providing same kind of solution they update my phone and giving back to me. I don't know what kind of service you are providing. Mostly I get harrashed by samsung company. My contact number is [protected].
