They r nt excepting that there is no wash quality. Stains r as it is.powder remains in cloth. Shining is not there.dirt remains as it is.rinse is not done properly. As if the clothes r nt wash properly. It stinks. .I m very disappointed. N dissatisfied. .no reply from service centre.very rude n lier staff.telling lies every now n then...help me out..I have purchased 33000:rs washing machine. ...reply...???who is responsible for this.
