Respected Sir, First of all Thank you for the immediate notice of my complaint. As per the complaint made on July 15, 2014 immediate action was taken and 2 of your members from Samsung came to my house on July 18, 2014 and checked my AC and confirmed with the compressor problem. As we have lost our bill, they came and took note of the AC Compressor no, Indoor and Exterior unit numbers and said that it will be rectified within 2 days. The next day was Saturday and nothing happened and the next was Sunday. So I waited for Monday to get it rectified. Nothing has happened. I called the respective person and they said that the complaint was submitted. But the only thing is they have to get approval from Delhi. Already I got a call from Delhi and the respective person spoke to my father that it will be resolved in 2 days. But nothing has changed.
