In March 2023 I purchased a phone Samsung S20 5e Gg. Just in 6 months of purchasing this phone is bended in curve which is extremely shocking manufacturing defect from Samsung. I gave my phone to Samsung service center and they said it's not covered under warranty and they will charge 9-10k

This is Extremely Dissatisfied awful shocking experience, Samsung is proving they will loose Customer...

I have taken Samsung S23 mobile and paying EMI on monthly basis amount of Rs.3407. For the 3rd October 2023 EMI I have paid in the morning but again the amount got debited for the same EMI so twice EMI got debited. I thought 2nd payment will refund back but I don't see any response and I tried to reach out to the customer care but no use. Could you please check and provide me the 2nd time debited amount. Installation person from service center contacted me today. i ask them to come to home for tv installation. I am doctor waiting for him from morning without going anywhere. finally, when I called the service center, they are not attending the call. atleast they should attend the call and respond me and give explanation so that i can do my work....

After escalating my complaint to service head and speaking with customer experience manager, I wrote to SAMSUNG India CEO through the interface provided by the Company on 1st September 2023 and 13th September 2023. Though I received acknowledgment for my messages to the CEO, no responsible senior functionary contacted me for resolving my complaint, which was first made on 11th August 2023....

I would like to bring to your attention a case that has been pending since a long time and has been complicated with payment transactions as well.
It started with the service request that I placed on June 27, 2023 for repair of my Samsung S21 FE phone which was under warranty but the service centre denied to repair it stating some motherboard issue. Samsung customer care also denied repair or service...

Today suddenly appear green line in mobile without any physical damage.
I used my belongs properties are very carefully so it's definitely not happened by physically some issue in manufacturing or software issue.
Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
Kindly support my family members all are using samsung but now onwards I'm very very disappointed because I'm didn't make any damage to my phone....

I purchased S 20 FE in Oct 2022 . Since then, it became inoperative 2 times and need to check in service center. I am sharing request no. also hereby.

Being such high-priced product, i did'nt expect such issues in initial years only. I requesting to change my product with new one, as same is under warranty.

Samsung fold 4 phone at service centre for a screen change under warranty since 15 days and this is just postponing since then and now they need more 15 days and that too they are not sure. Buying their most premium phone and getting the worst service. SAMSUNG IS DONE WITH IT I GUESS. If this is how they plan to maintain it, Shame on Samsung...

Samsung kerala, alappuzha district customer service is very poor. They are not resolve my problam 1 month waiting....

Our Samsung LED 50TV8000 was bought from National radio electronics Payyannur, Kannur on 24th October 2020.
Currently while trying to switch on the TV, it is not happening. Suspect that there is some issue with the display.
Kindly send a technician to our place to check and resolve the issue.
