I purchased Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 on 1st Feb 2023 on EMI for 6 months. I took it directly from Samsung Store to avoid any fraud. Bought a Samsung phone Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on the 27 December 2020, everything was fine till I installed an update and immediately a green line started appearing on my screen! i made a complaints since 18th onward to delivered my address and each day
talked to helpline centre they assured me the order will be delivered within 24 hours regarding this we talked to senior authority to look into the matter but in vain

Today my washing machine was not working which i purchased 20 days back, called Samsung toll free number after so many calls they have allotted one service person.
He is saying rate has bitten inside wire and asking 1000 rupees for that.
He is saying rat bite is not included in warranty. and also he is asking 1000 rupees to close the hole.
