I purchased a Samsung Tv from Croma on August 13th 2022. The model number of TV is Samsung AU9070 43-inch 4k tv. Initial impressions of the TV were pretty good without any problems for almost 6-7 months. Actually my phone Samsung galaxy m31 phone turned off while I was making a call on June 17, 2023. My phone didn't respond to the forced restart and I did try by charging it. At first my phone did show the logo at least stating Samsung galaxy m31 but the next day it is not showing anything. It even not responding to the forced restart too.
