Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — defective mobile phone not being repaired or replaced

I bought Samsung galaxy core for Rs. 13650/- Invoice Dated:[protected] Samsung I8262 IMEI : [protected] This phone has been sent two times at the service center for more than fifteen days at a time. Apart from the inconvenience caused for a month the phone has still not been repaired or replaced. The phone is still in warranty. The phone is having a problem of not detecting the networks and voice clarity since it has been purchased and it still pertains.
