[Resolved]  Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Faulty AC - Request for repair/replacement

Dear Sir/Madam, I had installed an 1.5 ton AC at my home - Hussainabad, Dildarnagar, District-Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. The AC is not working(No cooling) for the last 1 -1.5 months, (it stopped working on 9th June and a complaint was registered to customer care on 11th June, Ref no - [protected]). A technician visited my house on 15th June and said that the compressor is not working. It was also found that the AC is still in the warranty period and he assured us of prompt resolution to the problem. However, Inspite of my repeated calls to customer care and complaint in the service centre nobody had come to repair it and i am still facing problems. Looks like all complaints are falling on deaf ears. Hope you can help me in this regard and facilitate sending a mechanic for repair of the AC. Samsung is a reputed name but functioning of its agency/field staff is sadly spoiling its credentials. I ll surely think twice before knocking its doors for anything.
